External Catalogue Concept

Trading companies with high volume of external (vendor) items can benefit from External Catalog Concept for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX.
In trading and service companies it is known that a lot of (vendor) items are sold once or rarely. As a company you don’t want these items in your standard item list.

The External Catalog concept will provide you with the possibility the use external (vendor) items without adding these items to your own item list. The complete catalog of your vendors can be imported in the external catalog of your company. Without polluting your own item list, you can still use the items from the external catalog in your sales orders.

If required you can transfers  items from the external catalog to your own internal catalog with a single mouse click. Another important benefit of the External Catalog Concept is the possibility to use it for importing the updated item prices you receive from you vendors.
