Dynamics Software had the pleasure of sitting down with Ton Kraak, CEO of the Dieseko Group and film onsite at their headquarters.
Dieseko Group has implemented Dynamics Rental Solution to align their change strategy. Dieseko has a perfect business model. They sell and rent piling and drilling solutions. The more their equipment are used, the harder they wear off and need to be replaced resulting in additional revenue for Dieseko. As long as construction companies build, Dieseko will have business.
This does not mean Dieseko can sit and waiting for things to happen. No, in order to stay ahead of competition Dieseko is delivering additional services to their customers. To support this change Dieseko decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics Rental Solution products: Rental Management and Service Management.
