Dynamics Software does not deliver services direct to the end users. Of course and according to our mission we do maximum to help our partners making their customers successful.

Partner Advisory Board

The Partner Advisory Board consists of a select certified group of partners who can participate in this program to give our development team input for our solutions roadmap.

Partner account management

The partner account manager is your first contact helping you closing your sales opportunities beneficial for you as partner together with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics Software solutions. The Partner Account Manager will guide you through the certification process as well.

Marketing material

The partner account manager is also your guide to marketing material, like factsheets, sales presentations, running demo’s, reference information, et cetera.

Presales Support

Our pre sales consultants will help you accelerating your sales cycle as much as possible. We can support you completing RFI and RFP documents, preparing or executing standard or customized demo’s and workshops.

Partner training and the road to certification

The basics for our combined success are deep domain expertise in combination with detailed knowledge of the solutions. Therefore we offer the following training:

Pre sales and consultancy training; dependent on the solution we train your presa les and implementation consultants with hands on application training (system parameters & implementation issues). This training can either be participated during our public training or dedicated training at partners site if required.

The certification program is exclusively for certified Microsoft Business Solutions partners offering Dynamics AX solutions.

Implementation support

Good training is the condition for good implementations. Our consultants are ready to support you in implementing our solutions together with you at your customers.
