Company news - April 9, 2013
As the premier event for the Microsoft Dynamics community, Convergence is where opportunity and innovation meet to deliver real business value. It’s the chance to make key business connections and to discover the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The Dynamics Software team were inspired once again exhibiting at Microsoft Convergence 2013 in New Orleans. We enjoyed meeting the community, existing and new customers and partners.
There were over 10,000 attendees this year! It was great to learn about the latest trends and understand the challenges customers are facing today. Dynamics ERP managers revealed more of the product's upcoming release plans including 2013 feature packs for warehousing, transportation, and mobility and a 2014 major release. We introduced and demonstrated our solutions to hundreds of people who stopped by our booth from all over the world. Thanks to all with whom we interacted and we look forward to continuing our communication with you in the year ahead.
We had several prize winners at our booth at the Expo who won a Meteor Mic*. Congratulations to you all!

Top three things at Convergence 2013
“Deep Dive Sessions: For customers, Convergence is a week-long school to help you use Microsoft Dynamics software to the best of its ability. General sessions are valuable to see product roadmaps and gather upgrade information, but deep dive sessions took attendees to a whole new level. Attendees were able to follow in-depth demonstrations and learn how to get the most out of their software, step-by-step, bringing back valuable tips to offices around the world.”
ERP Trends and Microsoft Dynamics AX – Key message for customers
“We will continue to provide value and innovation at a pretty rapid pace. Innovating on native device experiences on both cell phones and tablets. This is a very immersive experience where we can deliver the next level of productivity for a broad set of users in organizations. We think both by Microsoft providing apps and enabling technology for customers and partners to build their own apps, we can really innovate in an organization with a new experience on tablets and phones”

4 wonderful things about Convergence 2013 – A marketing view
‘’The opening keynote: As strong evidence, we heard from four customers who got on stage to share their technology transformation stories including Shock Doctor, Weight Watchers International, Chobani and Revlon. The technology and business leaders from these companies each told of a common theme of improved customer service, better operational efficiency, reduced costs and measurable savings. I especially liked the stories about how these customers achieved rapid deployments of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions because the Dynamics solutions were easy to learn, and flexible with simple, agile architecture.’’
