Trading companies and service organization with high volume phone calls can benefit from Computer Telephone Integration for Microsoft DynamicsTM AX. 
In cooperation with some customers Dynamics Software realised an interface between Microsoft DynamicsTM AX and a telephone communication switchboard. The telephone communication switchboard system will route inbound calls to the correct salesteam and/or serviceteam employees and based on the telephone index table, the specific customer information (customer name, sales order or service order information) from Microsoft DynamicsTM AX will automatically pop up on their computer screen. The telephone switchboard will notify employees that an incoming phone call is waiting. Employees can select a specific waiting call from the waiting line.

Automatic outbound calling is also supported activating the specific customer information on computer screen of the employee. All inbound and outbound telephone conversations will be logged in Microsoft DynamicsTM AX. Also specific reports of the telephone conversations can be created.
