    Within the sales and marketing team the Director Marketing and Communication is responsible for the marketing and communication strategy and execution. Responsibilities include improving the closed loop (online) marketing cycle online, lead generation and initial qualification, website and social media content management and control, CRM, email marketing, campaigns. The Director is also responsible for helping realizing revenue goals for all Dynamics Software products through the channel. This results in increased competitiveness, increase market share; stimulating sales, increase customer loyalty, more efficient and effective business, improved management information, top class branding.

    Job qualifications

    We are looking for a colleague who can:

    • Research and analyze market trends
    • Identify target markets (including competition) and how best to reach the target audience
    • Come up with marketing strategies and execution plans
    • Provide marketing planning and execution by building and executing business plans together with the sales teams
    • Plan campaigns, events and managing budgets
    • Organize the content of websites (including SEO), Social  Media, electronic brochures and companies house style
    • Manage the companies Online Webinar Programs
    • Manage Public Relations and structured communication including targeted newsletters (including managing email marketing tooling, i.e. ClickDimensions)
    • Manage inside sales from contact to contract (including templates, documentation, lead follow up, sales support)
    • Help Dynamics Software transition the company, product to personal branding
    • Support the transition to an online key player
    • Extend sales and marketing collateral, like customer cases and video’s
    • Prepare, attend and follow up various Microsoft Dynamics 365 related trade shows and conferences, like Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Inspire, Dynamics 365 User Group Summit
    • Organize and take initiative to ‘with partner’ events
    • Make sure that campaigns run to deadline and on budget
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
    • Manage the companies CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics Sales) to support the marketing and sales processes
    • Help identify new Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners active in our target industries
    • Develop marketing competencies and execute on joint demand generation activities
    • Support evangelize partners' capabilities by articulating partner value propositions and creating proactive engagements to develop net new opportunities

    Entry requirements, skills and knowledge for the perfect colleague

    • Has experience in (channel) marketing and handling partner and customer request, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics. i.e., minimum 3 - 5 years working in a senior marketing role
    • Has excellent communication skills with particular aptitude to adjust communication to audience (verbal and writing in English, German and French are preferred)
    • Has experience in (channel) marketing support by Microsoft Dynamics Sales
    • Knowledge of Dynamics Software products & channel model is critical
    • Strong marketing and selling aptitude
    • Strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to evangelize the company and products
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
    • Above all: engaging, professional, confident and focused on results
    • Teamwork and working alone, communication and cross-group collaboration skills are critical
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously

    • Has a degree in Business or Computer Science (preferred)
    • Is prepared to travel and has a valid and non-restrictive passport
